Nails - 2006/01/27 22:15 Spent the afternoon on Sunday trimming nails. All the rain have made the nails soft and easy to cut, but boy were thery muddy.

Our main boy is always a real workout to work with. You would think after all these years that we would do him first and get it out of the way, but no, we still save him for last.

I have an alpaca print on the inside of my left thigh from where he managed to kick me

Re:Nails - 2006/01/30 11:51 Ah the benefits of stoney ground and concrete (cement) floors...we haven't cut a toe nail in 12 months

But your story reminds me that I am currently reading All Creatures Great and Small the first book written by James Herriot a vet who practised in Yorkshire, England. It's very funny and I recommend it.

I read it on an other forum, that someone takes advantage of the breeding time. Especially hard cases. You can do whatever you want with them while they breed, even with the open females that are waiting for their turn...
funny isn't it...
