Farm For Sale - 2006/02/01 10:36 Farm in Creswell, OR for sale. It is 8.5 ac. There are 6 cross fenced pastures. Each has a shelter with automatic water, electricity and lights. The barn is 24 x 36, and is electrified.

The house is 2000 sq. ft. with an additional 1137 sq. ft. walkout basement that is being converted to a liveable space. There are 3 bdrms, 2 baths, living rm., dining rm., breakfast rm., kitchen & utility rm. There is an oversized 2 car carport. There is lots of decking, and beautiful trees.

We are very excited to be able to visit you! Part of the reason for my
trip is to explore your state with the hope of maybe moving there, as land
is slightly more affordable than southern California, and--I
hope--development is not proceeding at such a pace that agriculture will
lose out soon, as it seems to be here.

So I will pass on the details.
